The Stealth Suit is a power up item available in the Vs. Mode only in "Assault" that makes the user stealthy invisible for a period of time, and disables the opponent from seeing the user on their radar.
Usage[]
Like the Booster Pack, Stealth Suits are very hard to find and often located in hard to reach places. Using one to sneak past a guarded area or surprise opponents with an unnoticed attack is their most effective strategy. Opponents can still get a red bead on the cloaked character, but homing weapons don't lock on. Another advantage is the disappearance of their red, blue, yellow, or green diamond that usually appears around characters when seen from long distances disappears, but the characters are still as visible to their opponent as much as the players can see themselves (when wearing the stealth suit).

Continuity[]
This item is somewhat identical to the Cloaking Device item that appears in "Super Smash Bros. Melee" with similar gameplay, and was the subject of the event match: Slippy's Invention, where players are placed in a match against Fox and Falco with a permanent cloaking feature.
