Take down 4 Drakes

Back to Base

Travel through the canyon and take out all enemies

Running on Fumes

Head straight to the Shaletown observatory. You shouldn't run into any monsters if you go directly to the waypoint. That being said you can scan animals and pluck plants such as the bonefruit.

In the Thicket

Head to the waypoint. Be wary of the Shaletown area because there are cyclops in the area. There are drillbits and radium cells near the buildings. Inside the buildings you'll find Electrum Rush Cashes. When you get to the waypoint, you'll find an imp hive there that's spawning Imp enemies. Take care of it to complete the mission.

The Hunt for Nova

This is basically a boss mission. Take down the Legion extractor to complete the mission


When the Warden Gods departed so long ago they took with them the secrets to Nova. You must feed my Legion.

A Lost Art

Return to the Shaletown Observatory with the Nova core. You'll have to deal with some imps but it shouldn't be a problem

Fuel Up

Return to the mothership. You'll be taught how to upgrade the mother ship before it gets back into orbit.

Meet up with the mothership in outer space

The Search for St. Grand

Head to the planet known as Haven. Once there Legion Drakes will show up. Once they're taken out, you'll meet an ally named Rankor.

Knock, Knock

The planet of Haven is now open to you. Once you get to the Arbor Refinery, you'll meet Eli Arborwood who knows Shaid. After you meet him you'll have to find some minerals that he specifies. Thankfully only Imps should be in your way.

Marching Orders

On your way to the next site, you'll be faced with a cyclops with a glimmer shield. Use weapon combos and dodge. Once you get to the site, it will be a defense mission where a few reinforcements will try to take you down. Just stay in the circle and don't forget to use your pilot skills.

What's a Grax?

This mission will take you to an old tower. Simple activate it by shooting the glowing orb at the base of it.

Flower Power

Once you get back to the Arbor Refinery, Eli will send you to the glimmer city ruins. There you'll fight a fire giant. Be sure to use cold weaponry and your shields against it.


A storm will cover Sonatus, as the Prime re-awakens.

Digging Deeper

Break the door open with a heat weapon and you'll find an ore processor. Get it back to the Arbor Refinery after that.

The Key to Everything

This is a tutorial for the upgrade system used on the Equinox. Once it's completed rejoin the Equinox in space.

A Terror Unleashed

Sonatus is the next planet to visit so the mission this time is to head there.

Prime Time

You'll be taking on an advanced extractor for this mission. Once it's down you'll have to take down two regular ones. Not at the same time thankfully. If you're having trouble, take down the Imps and Cyclops. Don't forget the electrum nuggets near the second extractor.
After that you'll have to take down an ice giant. Just like the fire giant, fire weapons will take this beast down.
After the ice giant falls, Arch Prime will show itself. Fire at the armpits when it tries to stomp on you. Do this twice to expose it's weak point. Be aware of cyclops reinforcements in between attacks on the weak point. When it gets to half health, it'll run for it. The weak points will be on it's shoulders. The levitator is your best friend here.
Once the beast falls take the core from it and head to Mistshore workshop to meet Fern.


One will be enough. His crew continues to resist... but they will be swept away by the Dreadnought.

One Step Closer

Rendezvous with the Equinox. There each team member will go on their separate ways. Meanwhile you'll see the enemy unleash the dreadnought.

Chasing Ghosts

Vylus is next but you'll have to travel through hyperspace to get there. Once you get there you'll see a downed Arch Prime and a survivor, Galla.

Proving Grounds

Once Galla's ship is repaired, you're tasked with taking out a Crush Giant out of goodwill. Be aware of the cannon-device on it's head and strafe away from the red ground when it fires. Once it's defeated, your next stop will be the First Guard Armory.

The Call of Hope

You'll learn how to build outposts in this mission. Build an observatory in the first location for 10,000 electrum. Next you'll build a refinery with 3 Novas.

Rally the Troops

This is the second half of the outpost mission. You'll need to build an armory with 150,000 Electrum and 5 Novas. Also 25% percent of the planet must be under alliance control (side mission required). Once you finish the armory, you'll have to return to the Equinox. Once there you'll meet Sorren and get knowledge of the next mission.

Search and Rescue

You'll be facing the Dreadnought in this mission. You'll have to take out the battery cannons and the Legion Drakes. Do not forget to use your shields. Once the battery cannons are down, you can focus on the front of the ship itself. Finally you'll have to avoid missiles while blasting open the door. Once you're inside, the perspective changes to an on-rail shooter as you avoid security lasers and the Dreadnought core. Take out the core and your mission will be completed.

Take Back the World

Head back to Kirite and you'll face tons of extractors. Take them out as you reach the planet's surface.

Take Back Atlas

Your goal for this mission is to get 50% of Kirite under your control. You can do this by taking the observatories and refineries. Building refineries and taking out legion forces is another good tactic.

The Starlink Initiative

Your first goal is to build some Starlink Towers. Once the tower in Kirite is built, you'll have to build one on either on Vylus or Tundria (If you're interested in Star Fox's quest, take Tundria. Just make sure to take out the Imp Hive). Then you'll have to build a Starlink Tower in either Ashar or Necrom in the Dark Sector once you've taken out the Dreadnought (If you're interested in Star Fox's quest, take Ashar). Once the third tower is built return to the Equinox.

Quantum Leap

For this mission you'll need to buy the Starlink Recalibration in the Equinox for 50,000 electrum. Once it's completed you'll be given the choice to go to the next mission.
Warning! If you take the next mission, you won't be able to complete any side missions until the post game!

Behind Enemy Lines

Your first destination is the Warden Station however there is a solar shield and several Legion Drakes at level 15 protecting it. Head to the Dreadnought that's close to the shield at your teammates request.

Thread the Needle

The Dreadnought is midway through the shield so your goal is to get through it to get inside the shield. Just use the same tactics you used to take down the Dreadnought previously.

Battle for Atlas

You'll be facing level 14 Cyclops initially. Then you'll be facing a Scion that will switch between ground and aerial attacks in the first phase. During the second phase imps will attack and the fire will catch on fire forcing you to take to the skies. The third phase will have it switch between fire and ice element types. Use the appropriate weapon to take it out. After the Scion's defeat, your goal is to head for the portal. Unfortunately Grax has other plans.

This is for St. Grand

Grax's ship has to be taken down. He'll be assisted by two level 15 Elite Drakes but other than that it's a basic dogfight. After that head for the portal and watch the ending sequence.

Enter the Star Fox!

Your task for this mission is to head to Haven and turn on some generators. Take out the Nova crystals and Slippy will suggest scanning it. Once that's done, another ship will crash nearby. Find it and Shaid will comment on how the ship belongs to an outlaw named Cash.

Cash and the Boys

Cash is a fair ways away so a trip through Hyperspace is in order for this mission. Keep in mind that the enemies here are levels 6-7. Once Cash is beaten you're free to look around their base. Just be on the lookout for magnet mines as you find a large legion part.

A Frigid Feud

Once you get to Tundria, you have to head for the icebrig. Once there slippy will start hacking to get the Haven researchers out. However you'll have to fend off Legion Drakes in the meantime. After they're taken out you'll have to face Zonna Vangore.

The Plan Revealed

Your next target is Ahsar so take down the level 10 outlaws there first. Head to the prospector machine next and pluck a door up top. Pick up a missile on your way inside and stick it to the door. Take down Koval Grimm and activate the machine.

The Fight for Corneria

Head to a destination marked near Necrom first. There you'll find a large shield protecting Wolf's ship. You'll have to shut down two shield generators while being attacked by level 13 outlaw ships and turrets. Once the shield falls, an aerial dogfight occurs with Cash, Zonna and Koval. Thankfully the other members of Star Fox will come to help you. Once the backup is taken care off destroy the clamps holding him to the Legion Primes. Then you'll fight Wolf himself who's level 14 with two legion Drakes. Take them out and the mission is complete.
