The Hi-Ho King is a giant Hi-Ho that appears as the first boss in "Star Fox Guard", where it is fought in the first stage, located on Corneria.
Physical Appearance[]
The Hi-Ho King is a giant Hi-Ho with two hands that remain hidden until it has taken enough damage. The color scheme is distinguished by the kingly yellow, and the eyes can change their colour depending on its condition. Normally, the eyes are blue, but damaging them causes them to become yellow, and then red. Yellow and red eyes signal anger.
Combat[]
During the battle, the Hi-Ho King attacks by firing crimson energy balls from the mouth, shocking cameras with a slam attack, and using a drill like the Drill Hi-Ho. The AegisCams can stun the boss through enough damage. Defeating the Hi-Ho King clears the Corneria stage, thus unlocking Titania, the second stage.
Trivia[]
- The Hi-Ho King is similar to King Bob-omb from the Super Mario series, being boss versions of enemies and having arms unlike the regular enemies.
