The Anglar Starfish is an enemy that appears in Star Fox Command.
In Star Fox Command[]
The Anglar Starfish were used by the Anglar Army on the planets Corneria and Aquas during the Anglar Blitz. The Starfish begins combat with its five tentacles closed, in order to protect itself. When approached, the Starfish opens its tentacles and fires a stream of purple laser rings that must be dodged or deflected with a barrel roll. After firing, the Starfish closes its tentacles and retreats at high speed until it reaches a safe distance. Once safe, the Starfish slows down and resumes its patrols of the area. The Starfish can only be damaged while it is attacking, as the Starfish's weak spot is the glowing spot between the tentacles, which is where the laser rings are fired from.
